Yes, we do! We are located at 60 Colonnade Rd. Unit C – Ottawa ON K2E 7J6, and our showroom is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday form 10am to 4pm.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship across Canada.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Sure! All pick-ups require 1 day notice to alleviate congestion and quicker response time.

Our warehouse is located at 60 Colonnade Rd. Unit C – Ottawa ON K2E 7J6, and it is open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4pm.

For any pick-ups outside of these hours, please contact info@GCflooring.ca for special arrangements.

CAN I GET A SAMPLE?
Samples are available for most of the products that we carry and can be picked up at our showroom located at 60 Colonnade Rd. Unit C – Ottawa ON K2E 7J6, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday form 10am to 4pm.
DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION?

Yes, and we work with a team of experienced installers that provides high-quality services.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Stocking Materials: Unopened boxes are fully refundable for any stocking material within 30 days. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Stocking Materials: Orders wishing to be returned that are ordered from the supplier and not from GC Flooring stock Are subject to a 30% restocking fee and return freight.

No returns on moldings and accessories.

Refunds will be processed on confirmation of returned goods and proper condition of boxes.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment type made.

Please note that the shipment of returned materials is to be independently arranged and covered by the customer.
We are only able to accept returned items that are in original packaging and in new condition. This means that any boxes that are opened or damaged in any way cannot be returned.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
Refunds are credited to the original payment type made.

If done by debit/credit card, depending on your Bank’s/Credit Card Operator’s processing time, the refund can take up to 10 business days to show up on the statement.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS DO YOU TAKE?
Cash, e-transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX), and debit cards.
ARE PRICES THE SAME ON THE WEBSITE AND IN THE STORE?
Yes, they are the same in-store and online.

DO YOU PROVIDE IN-HOME ESTIMATES?
Yes, we provide in-home estimates, and they are free of charge.
HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY ON MY PRODUCT?
Warranty is provided by the manufacturers and all claims are subject to manufacturers’ approval. Therefore, each product has a different warranty associated with it.

HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM ON THE WARRANTY IF NEEDED?
